The University of Kentucky’s Office of Economic Development and Real Estate (ED&RE) advances the university’s land-grant mission by fostering statewide economic growth and strategically managing UK’s real estate portfolio. The office encompasses six units: the Office of Business Engagement, Coldstream Research Campus, Real Estate Services, the Advanced Science and Technology Commercialization Center, Economic Engagement, and the Economic Development Collaborative.
