Lindsay Simpson started as the Real Estate Coordinator with the University of Kentucky in 2023. A graduate of UK, she now manages any real property the University buys, sells or leases across the state. Lindsay comes to the Office of Economic Development and Real Estate with 7 previous years of experience with Lexington-based real estate developer, The Webb Companies. 

Lindsay is a native of Crestwood, Kentucky and received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from the University of Kentucky in 2014 and Master of Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University in 2016. She resides in Lexington and enjoys all things Kentucky.
